Important: All fees paid to Jnanasiri Educational Institute are for educational facilitation services and are generally non-refundable once the admission process has been initiated with a partner university. Please read the full policy below.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all fee payments made through our online payment gateway (Razorpay) and any offline payment methods for programs and services offered by Jnanasiri Educational Institute Private Limited.
Fees paid towards a distance or correspondence education program are used to cover admission coordination, documentation processing, and facilitation services rendered on behalf of the student with the partner university. Once the admission process has been initiated:
If a student wishes to cancel their application before the admission documents have been submitted to the partner university, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to a processing fee deduction of up to ₹2,000. The student must submit a written cancellation request to jnanasiriinstitute@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment.
Fees paid for individual tests or examinations are non-refundable once the payment has been confirmed, regardless of whether the student appears for the test or not.
In the event of a technical failure resulting in a duplicate charge (i.e., your account is debited more than once for the same transaction), the excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification. To report a duplicate payment, contact us immediately at jnanasiriinstitute@gmail.com with your payment reference number.
If a payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway (Razorpay) to your source account within 5–7 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank in crediting the reversed amount.
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, or card used at the time of payment). We do not issue refunds via cash or cheque for online payments.

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
